Step 1. 60-minute First Appointment
To get your Physio Clinicians experience off to the best start, the first appointment is designed to leave you with an understanding of what's wrong, what needs to be done, and how long it will take.
We allocate 60-minutes to your first appointment (compared to the industry standard 30-45 minutes) which gives us enough time to complete a thorough examination and start treatment, all in the first visit.
Step 2. Get a Physio Clinicians™ treatment plan
No guesswork. No fluff. Just Measurable Progress.
At the end of the first appointment, you will receive a tailored treatment plan that is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and recover faster.

Step 3. Get Back to Your Physical Best
We don’t leave your injury up to chance, Physio Clinicians is one of the few clinics in Christchurch with a fully equipped high performance gym.
You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from the facility, having all the equipment allows us to rehab your injury optimally during the healing phase to make sure it’s strong enough to handle life demands in the future.
At the end of your rehabilitation we will create a self management plan to help keep you from coming back.
