No, you do not need to go to see a GP before seeing a physio. You are able to make an appointment directly with Physio Clinicians Rolleston. We are also able to lodge ACC claims for your injury.
Yes physios can lodge ACC claims. At Physio Clinicians Rolleston we are able to lodge claims and treat under ACC.
Wearing clothes that make the injured area accessible will make it easier for the physiotherapist to assess and treat. For example for knee injuries, shorts are ideal and for shoulder injuries, singlets are ideal.
However, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable. Your physio is able to work around any clothes you choose to wear.
