Phase 1. Your 60-Minute Initial Session
Your first Physio Clinicians appointment helps you understand your condition, the steps we’ll take to address it, and how long it will take to improve.
We set aside a full 60-minute session for this initial visit—longer than the usual 30-45 minutes in the industry—giving us enough time to assess you carefully and start your treatment during that very first session.
Phase 2: Receive Your Physio Clinicians Rolleston Recovery Plan
At the conclusion of your first physio Rolleston visit, you’ll walk away with a detailed recovery plan designed just for you, aimed at enhancing your ability to move, building up your strength, and helping you recover more quickly in the weeks ahead.

Phase 3: Restore Your Top Physical Condition
We don’t leave your recovery to luck—Physio Clinicians Rolleston offers a fully outfitted rehabilitation gym.
You don’t have to be a sports pro to use it; having the right tools lets us mend your injury effectively during recovery, ensuring it’s tough enough for daily challenges down the road.
Once your rehab wraps up, we’ll put together a self-care strategy to help you stay healthy and avoid repeat visits.
