Physio Clinicians is able to provide ACC funded return to work services at no cost to the employer or worker.
How to refer a worker
Email these details to office@physioclinicians.co.nz:
- Workplace name
- Employee's full name
- Employee's email
- Employee's phone number
- Your name (or the manager's name)
- Your email (or the manager's email)
- Your phone number (or the manager's)
- Confirmation that the employee has agreed to this referral
