Mia Day, Physio in Christchurch

Mia Day is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist at Physio Clinicians Christchurch.

Mia joins us after working as a travelling team physio for Cycling New Zealand and lead physio for the Hautapu Rugby Club.

Her clinical focus is on shoulder and hip injuries. Including rotator cuff injuries, dislocations & post operative rehab.

Mia also provides dry needling/acupuncture treatment.
