Medical information

The information on this website is general information. It is not medical advice for your own condition and it does not replace an assessment by a physiotherapist, hand therapist or doctor.

Appointments and online bookings

• Online bookings run on Cliniko. Please give correct details when you book.
• If you cannot come to an appointment, tell us as early as possible so another patient can use the time. Call 03 669 3001, email office@physioclinicians.co.nz, or use the link in your booking confirmation.
• Any fee for a late cancellation or a missed appointment is shown when you book, or our team will tell you before you are charged.
• We can change or cancel an appointment if a clinician is not available. We will contact you to find a new time.

Prices and ACC

• Prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
• We can change prices. The price that applies is the price on the day of your appointment.
• We can lodge ACC claims for injuries. ACC decides if your injury is covered. If ACC does not accept the claim, our private prices apply to the treatment you received.
• ACC surcharge prices apply only to treatment covered by an accepted ACC claim.
• Student and staff discounts apply only to people who meet the conditions on our pricing pages.

Your privacy

Our privacy policy tells you how we collect, use and protect your information, including cookies and tracking on this website.

Content and links

• The text, photos, videos and logos on this website belong to Physio Clinicians Limited or are used with permission. Do not copy them without our written permission.
• This website links to other websites, for example Cliniko, Google Maps, Facebook and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

Our responsibility

We try to keep this website correct and available, but we cannot promise that it is always correct, complete or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from using this website.
